EA Sports are very consistent with their release dates, and once again the final Friday in September will mark the full release of FIFA 20. This year, that will be Friday, 27 September 2019, but we can expect types of early access too.
 
Again, this is definitely not going to be something we get at launch, and if we’re being realistic, it’s unlikely EA Sports will drop this in as part of an update. We stay optimistic though, after all, I don’t think many fans saw Volta being bundled into FIFA 20 at all. During the EA Play livestream today, the publisher announced FIFA 20 will include a new mode called Volta, alongside a number of other gameplay refinements and tweaks.
 
Volta is arguably the biggest new addition to the series coming in FIFA 20, where players will take the beautiful game back to the smaller pitch, where flashy skills and fast-paced play reign supreme.
